Cyndi Magee,MBA, PHR – Cyndi is the Past President for the Casper Chapter. She was at the City of Casper, but most recently took a position as the Director of Human Resources with the school district in Sheridan.
Penny Fletcher, MEd, PHR, SHRM-CP – Penny will continue as the President of the Cheyenne Chapter in 2019. She is the Human Resources Manager for Little America.
