Educational Opportunity for Wyoming SHRM members

MHSL is offering its 12-week Human Resources Compliance Certificate Program for human resources generalists and compliance specialists. This program offers professionals the opportunity to learn and use a model of compliance designed to meet organizational goals while addressing the professional’s duty of care; ethical, legal, and business decision-making frameworks; and responsibilities as a driver of change in an organization.

Participants will gain an all-encompassing HR view of how to approach risk management and compliance within businesses of all sizes and receive a broad perspective through the employment life cycle to enable them to apply compliance to their work. Our online learning management system is a flexible, interactive portal that offers online discussions, practical exercises, and collaborative activities that can be completed when they fit into participants’ schedules.
